We are experts in our field and have many years of experience in delivering a wonderful residential experience for the children that visit.

Here at Lineham we don’t leave anything to chance, from the Monday morning to Friday afternoon the whole team ensure that we do the very best for the children..and to deliver the best our team is made up of the very best.

Vince, Head of Centre

I’m the manager at Lineham Farm. Its my job to look after the staff, the farm and all the people who visit the centre.

Marcia, Chef

I love cooking for all of our visitors and I make sure that we eat the healthiest, tastiest food, sourced from local suppliers.  I also use seasonal vegetables that we grow here on the farm which makes meal times extra special.  Looking forward to feeding you!

Penny P, Deputy

I work closely with all the schools and groups who visit us to organise their programmes. I’m also very passionate about the environment, growing fruit and vegetables and making delicious soups and cakes.

Tamzin, Centre Worker

I teach all the activities at Lineham Farm, but my favourite is climbing, on the indoor wall and on the Low Ropes and High Ropes courses. I enjoy teaching climbing to children on residentials and day visits and I also run evening learn to climb courses for children, teachers and families. When I’m not at Lineham, I love to be in the mountains – walking, climbing, ski-ing cycling and camping. I also make and decorate delicious special occasion cakes.

Paul, Centre Worker

I work at Lineham running the kids’ biking sessions. I love cycling – I even cycle to the Farm in the mornings. The kids love it when I take them through muddy puddles, the deeper and dirtier the better.

Richard, Animal Care

I like to fix things around the farm and look after all our animals. I love cycling with my family at the weekends.

Jo, Environment

My favourite activity at Lineham Farm is Nature Explorers. Children love to look for the tracks and trails of the wildlife that lives in the woods and wetland. We often find things like owl pellets, bones, nibbled nuts and poo! I also love to spend time with visiting children in our pretty garden. We can bird watch, do some gardening or just relax in the peaceful surroundings. The chef loves us to pick fresh fruit and vegetables for the kitchen too.

Amanda, Fundraising Manager

I have loved and supported Lineham for many years, so I am thrilled to be finally working at the centre, fundraising for the charity.  The most unusual job I have ever had was working as Roland Rat’s Personal Assistant!  I am passionate about making a difference to young peoples lives and a quote that always resonates with me is “Don’t count the days, make the days count.”

Clare, Trust Administrator

I work in the fundraising office and provide all the administration for the trust to make sure that everything runs like clockwork.

Codie, Fundraising Assistant

I look after all the weekend bookings and activities at Lineham which includes organising childrens parties!  I like a challenge and love how every day is different at the farm.
