The Lineham Team

We are experts in our field and have many years experience of delivering wonderful residential experiences for the children who visit.

Here at Lineham we don’t leave anything to chance, from the Monday morning to Friday afternoon the whole team ensure that we do the very best for everyone who visits. We are passionate about our work with children and young people and want to ensure that they enjoy the great outdoors in the same way that we all do.

Vince, Head of Centre

I’m the manager at Lineham Farm. Its my job to look after the staff, the farm and all the people who visit the centre

Tamzin, Activity Instructor

I’m an outdoors chick. I run mountain biking and climbing session, and I love walking too. You’ve got to keep warm (did you know you can lose 40% of your body heat from your head?) and I’ve got a brilliant hat collection – my favourite is a pink one from Nepal.

Paul, Activity Instructor

I work at Lineham running the kids’ biking sessions. I love cycling – I even cycle in to the Farm in the mornings. The kids love it when I take them through muddy puddles, the deeper and dirtier the better.

Jo, Activity Instructor

I work instructing the children about nature and introducing them to growing vegetables. The best part is picking the produce and taking it in to Chris in the kitchen to cook for tea

Susan, Admin / Finance

I work in the main reception office and I am responsible for booking all the schools in. Winters are always really cold at Lineham so spring is my favourite time of year, especially when all the lambs are born.

Richard, Animal Warden

I like to fix things around the farm and look after all our animals. I love cycling with my family at the weekends.

Chris, Chef

I’m in charge of food at Lineham – and we eat the healthiest, tastiest food, sourced from local suppliers. I also use seasonal vegetables that we grow here on the allotment which makes meal times extra special. I am looking forward to feeding you.

Amanda, Fundraising Manager

I have loved and supported Lineham for many years, so I am thrilled to be finally working at the centre, fundraising for the charity. The most unusual job I have ever had was working as Roland Rat’s Personal Assistant! I am passionate about making a difference to young peoples lives and a quote that always resonates with me is “Don’t count the days, make the days count.”

Describe yourself in three words: Persistent, passionate and creative.
