Complete venue exclusivity all weekend
Very few venues offer complete exclusivity, and the ones that do often charge a premium or impose time restrictions.
At Lineham Farm, you get exclusive use of the entire venue, the accommodation and our kitchen facilities from 3pm on Friday until midday Sunday.
Accommodation for 50 guests
Between our farmhouse and cottages, we can accommodate 50 guests, including the happy couple.
And in the summer months, you can make use of our dedicated camping field – ideal for those guests who would prefer to sleep under the stars.
Hold your ceremony in our beautiful barn room, intimate sitting room, a marquee, yurt or tipi, or in a natural woodland setting.
And with our courtyard area, huge event field and acres of land to make use of, you’ll have plenty of space to entertain your guests both indoors and out.
Unrivalled flexibility
Lineham Farm is one of the most flexible wedding venues in Yorkshire. You can style the spaces to suit your theme, choose from a range of carefully selected caterers and move freely around the venue.
And because you get complete exclusivity there are no curfews, so you can celebrate until the sun comes up.
Out of respect for our neighbours we do ask that loud outdoor music stops at 12am – but you’re free to continue the celebrations indoors for as long as you like.
Lineham Farm is set on 120 acres of land, so there’s plenty of countryside to explore and enjoy during your weekend with us.
The stunning natural scenery creates the perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs, and there’s plenty of space for guests to grab some fresh air and admire the views.
Take a romantic woodland stroll, do some wildlife spotting around our wetlands, or make use of our huge event field – ideal for lawn games and outdoor activities.
